Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Arunachal Tours Packages, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms applicable to cancellations, refunds, and booking modifications.
1. Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been successfully received.
- By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
2. Cancellation Charges
If you cancel your tour package, the following cancellation charges will apply:

| 30 days or more before the arrival date | 30% of the total tour cost will be charged. |
| 15 to 29 days before the arrival date | 50% of the total tour cost will be charged. |
| 0 to 14 days before the arrival date | 100% of the total tour cost will be charged (No Refund). |
3. No Refund Cases
No refund will be provided under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation made within 14 days of the arrival date.
- No-show by the traveler.
- Unused services after the tour has commenced.
- Early departure from the tour.
- Failure to carry valid identity documents or permits.
- Cancellation due to personal reasons after the tour has started.
4. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be credited through the original payment method whenever possible.
- Bank charges, payment gateway charges, taxes, and transaction fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refundable amount.
5. Tour Modifications
- Requests for date changes or itinerary modifications are subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply for changes in hotels, transport, permits, or sightseeing.
- We cannot guarantee modifications once bookings with hotels or transport providers have been confirmed.
6. Force Majeure
No refund or compensation shall be payable for cancellations, delays, or itinerary changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Landslides
- Floods
- Earthquakes
- Heavy rainfall
- Road closures
- Political unrest
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics
- Flight or train cancellations
- Any other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the tour or provide suitable alternative arrangements wherever possible.
7. Permit & Entry Fees
Government permits, entry fees, safari charges, and other non-refundable payments already made to government authorities or third-party service providers may not be refundable.
8. Company Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Arunachal Tours Packages cancels a tour due to operational reasons, customers will be offered either:
- An alternative travel date or tour package, subject to availability, or
- A refund of the amount received, excluding any non-recoverable charges already paid to hotels, transport providers, government authorities, or other third-party vendors.
