Terms & Conditions of Services

By booking any tour package or travel service with Travel Kutir (Arunachal Tours Packages), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. The booking shall be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received by the company.

1. Booking Confirmation

• The contract between Travel Kutir and the client becomes valid only after the required advance payment has been received.
• All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, transport, permits, and other travel services.
• The remaining balance must be paid before or upon arrival, as communicated during the booking process.

2. Changes & Cancellation by the Company

• Travel Kutir reserves the right to cancel or modify any booking due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control.
• In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the refund of the amount received from the client, without any interest or additional compensation.
• Routes, sightseeing schedules, hotel accommodations, or transportation timings may be changed due to weather conditions, road closures, government regulations, or operational requirements.

3. Third-Party Services

Travel Kutir works with hotels, transport operators, airlines, and other service providers. We are not responsible for:

• Delay, cancellation, or interruption of services provided by third-party vendors.
• Loss, theft, or damage of luggage or personal belongings.
• Service deficiencies caused by hotels, airlines, transport providers, or any independent service partners.

4. Force Majeure

Travel Kutir shall not be held responsible for delays, itinerary changes, cancellations, or additional expenses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (landslides, floods, earthquakes, heavy rainfall, etc.)
• Road closures
• Government restrictions
• Political unrest or civil disturbances
• Strikes or transportation disruptions
• Pandemics or health emergencies
• Any other unforeseen circumstances

Any additional expenses arising due to such situations shall be borne by the traveler.

5. Liability

Travel Kutir shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, accident, or death during the tour.
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Penalties resulting from illegal or unlawful activities by the traveler.
• Missed flights, trains, or other transport due to delays beyond our control.

6. Pricing Policy

• Package prices are calculated based on the prevailing fuel prices, taxes, and operating costs at the time of quotation.
• Travel Kutir reserves the right to revise the package cost in case of changes in fuel prices, government taxes, permit charges, or any operational expenses beyond our control.
• Any such changes will be communicated to the client before the commencement of the tour.

7. Hotel Policy

• Hotel bookings are subject to availability.
• If the selected hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel will be provided without prior notice.

8. Payment Terms

• A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Hotel and service confirmations are generally provided within 3–7 working days after receiving the advance payment.
• The remaining balance must be paid before or upon arrival at the airport or railway station, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Period	Cancellation Charges
30 days or more before the arrival date	30% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
15 to 29 days before the arrival date	50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
0 to 14 days before the arrival date	100% cancellation charges apply (No Refund).

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
